National Coordination Office for Space-Based PNT
As the secretariat of the National Space-Based PNT Executive Committee, the National Coordination Office (NCO) is responsible for organizing meetings, tracking projects and tasks, coordinating interagency documents, etc. It is also responsible for developing the annual Five-Year National Space-Based PNT Plan and assessing its implementation by the member agencies. The Terms of Reference for the NCO provides a complete description of its responsibilities and functions.
The NCO is located at the Department of Commerce's Herbert C. Hoover Building in Washington, D.C. (get travel directions). It is led by a Director and Deputy Director and includes a cadre of Senior Advisors from the member agencies:
