Attendees included telecommunications ministry personnel from Jordan, Ghana, Senegal, Algeria, Morocco, Mongolia, Lebanon, Antigua and Barbuda, Egypt, Nigeria, Tunisia, Uganda, Nicaragua and Palestine.
