The following presentation was delivered by the National Coordination Office at an international course on GPS Applications for Disaster Management and Societal Benefits organized in Washington, D.C., by the United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI). Attendees included telecommunications ministry personnel from Jordan, Ghana, Senegal, Algeria, Morocco, Mongolia, Lebanon, Antigua and Barbuda, Egypt, Nigeria, Tunisia, Uganda, Nicaragua and Palestine.
